"What we have here is a great demo . The guitar tone is malevolent and cold . The riffs are catchy and remind me of Judas Iscariot or Azubham Haani with the same bleak broken feeling . Obvious traits of a fan first , band second , come through in droves on this recording and I've always felt that's the way great music should seem . The drums are played with total conviction and compliment everything nicely that marches the songs along in a predictable , yet all encompassing black metal assault ."
