Knights In Satan's Service are well known, and highly respected, for the fan shirts they have been printing for well over a decade by now. The latest one of theirs is a statement of love to the obscure Bulgarian band ЕПИЗОД (EPIZOD), who had released two great albums on tape format in early to mid 90s, those rightfully been both praised by the underground fiends, and highly sought-after.
Here's part of the original blurp from the owner of Knights In Satan's Service, who was born and lived in Bulgaria, before finding new life in Istanbul, Turkey:
"My lovely Bulgaria! Yeah I know that Epizod is not the most common name to be mention when you talkin about Bulgarian metal. Forget about what they are doing now, it is crap I know. But the two tape albums released in 1992 and 1993 with their old line up, are fantastic example of dark doomy heavy metal only could be made in gloomy and poor Eastern Europe. Imagine Black Sabbath, Celtic Frost, Death SS, Candlemass mixed with poetry of Francois Villon, middle ages French poet. Nope you can't find them on Spotify but only on youtube. Design in based on the cover art of their second album.*
