"The first and still the best Turkish doom release.
This 3 track demo tape is probably one of the best doom/death demos that exists. The music is not very original, it doesn't have any "extras" like oriental influences or fancy violins or female vocals. But it is the overall quality of the song writing, playing, singing and the production quality (ahead of its time) makes this demo a classic... A not well known classic though, which is kind of sad.
Comparisons can be made with early Anathema, Visceral Evisceration (the parts they played slower), early Cemetary and even death/doom gods like Winter or Sorrow. These influences surface in different songs. The first song is kind of old Anathema days revisited, with nice keyboard touches and catchy riffs. The second (and arguably the best) song heads into a more melancholic doom atmosphere with a really slow tempo, which is comparable to maybe bands like Insanity Reigns Supreme or Unholy (Rapture album especially). The last song has more gothic touches, with some clean singing and more intensive keyboard sections. But all of the songs here are quite variated without any single "filler" riff, it never gets boring, instead it creates an overall bleak and depressing atmosphere which leaves you emotionally drained and craving for more."
